Yes, our covered pavilion with a beautiful rock fireplace could serve as the perfect rain plan as well as our new covered Laurel Deck out front from the main pavilion.

Yes! If your wedding is at RCS, be sure to select a package that includes multiple nights so you can utilize the covered pavilion more than once. If you're in need of a rehearsal dinner (only) location, we are happy to accommodate this within our Private Party Packages. 

We require the minimum of a Day of Coordinator from a preferred or approved planning/coordination vendor. Planner must provide proof of liability insurance. 

RCS can accommodate up to 80 total guests.

Yes, this is possible, only if it has been provisioned within your contract.

We have a large selection of decor available!  You are also welcome to bring your own.

Absolutely, parking is provided on the grounds!

Yes, we have a very large feature wall in the covered shelter for personalization of any event! Unlike most venue spaces, you can use nails, screws or tacks in this wall to make it your own! 

We have amazing mountain views from our mountain-top location, two beautiful lake-view options, a covered Laurel Deck in front of the pavilion, a charming stream with a bridge, a large outdoor rock fireplace and plenty of natural areas on our wooded 60-acres surrounding the venue.
